Knoxville Therapy Center’s rates vary based on therapist, session type, and other services provided. You will be provided with a clear outline of costs based on your therapist and treatment needs. Other services are based on per-minute rate set for each clinician.

Knox Therapy Center’s fees are dependent on provider. We do have clinicians who accept insurances including: UHC, UMR, Optum, Cigna, Aetna, and Oxford Health. All of our therapists accept self pay clients. Self pay rates range from $90-$150/ session.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care [and mental health services] will cost.

Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Good Faith Estimates are sent through our payment portal at time of service.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit  https://www.tn.gov/commerce/blog/2022/1/12/the-no-surprises-act-will-protect-tennessee-consumers.html to learn more.
